kde-l10n-ptbr software package provides pt_BR (ptbr) localization for KDE, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-l10n-ptbr
kde-l10n-ptbr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-l10n-ptbr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-l10n-ptbr *
You will get with kde-l10n-ptbr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
